Award of Line Management Capability – Digital Learning Development and Design Support

The Scottish Government have a broad range of line management roles located across Scotland, although mainly around Edinburgh and Glasgow. To support the line management capability of individuals with people management responsibility in the Scottish Government we seek support to develop digital learning resources designed to enable line managers in the organisation to understand and develop the skills and knowledge they need to manage people effectively. Improving the skill and capability of line managers across the organisation will contribute towards improvement in overall wellbeing, performance and capability of our staff.We employ people with a range of skills, strengths and talents. What they have in common is a commitment to creating a more successful country and creating opportunities for Scotland to flourish through sustainable economic growth.The aim of this tender is to procure the services of a supplier(s) who can provide expertise in the design and development of digital learning resources, creating a learning offer which is accessible to and beneficial for the whole of Scottish Government’s line manager cohort.
