Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council are seeking to engage with providers for the delivery of a Young Carers (up to 19 years) Support Service. . The Young Carers & Young Carers Adult Support service will prioritise a specific cohort of children/young people aged 8 to 18 years (up to their 19th birthday) who are carrying out a caring role alongside attending primary or secondary school/college which is assessed as having a negative impact on their physical or emotional health and wellbeing. It is not intended to support all young carers identified in Rotherham. . IMPORTANT DATES FOR YOUR DIARY: . Friday 1st July 2024 12:00 Noon Deadline for registering expression of interest in attending the event and for providing attendee details, name, job role, position and email address. . Wednesday 3rd July 2024 between 10:30 am and 12 Noon Market Engagement Event via Microsoft Teams . Proposed Invitation to Tender Date 1st August 2024 (This will be via a different YorTender reference which will be advised by the messaging function in this ME Event when details are known. . The contract period is expected to be for 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years with a budget over the full potential term of £375,000.00 .
