Tender description

The aim of this tender is to establish preferred and CPI approved suppliers for the Hub molecule, for use by CPI in pilot-scale manufacturing of oligonucleotides at the MMIC site near Glasgow. The material will be used in the manufacture of materials going into clinical trials, therefore supplier approvals will be required. Lot 1: This tender is to establish the supply of the Hub molecule for use in the manufacturing of oligonucleotides. It is important that all reagents used in the oligonucleotide synthesis process are: - Of high purity - As dry (free of H2O) as possible - Soluble in dry acetonitrile (<10 ppm H2O) to produce solutions free of particulate matter ≥ 0.1 µm
