Tender description
Outsourced Audiology Services - for a 12-month period Up to 1500 patients based on current back log • New patient assessment • Provide and fit standard hearing aid • Preparation and fitting of ear moulds • Act as a contact for any ongoing issues for 3 years • Within that time period provide assessment fitting and repairs of said hearing aid. • D/C at the end of the 3 years Reporting requirements: • Report activity levels back into the Trust so we can include in DM01 reporting
