This is an Intended Approach Notice to award a contract using the Most Suitable Provider Process for the Provision of Primary Medical Services at East Barnwell Health Centre, Ditton Lane, Cambridge, CB5 8SP.<br/><br/>The Commissioners would also like to invite potential Bidders to a Market Engagement Webinar taking place on Monday 1st July 2024 at 12:30pm via MS Teams. The event will cover the service specification and procurement process. If your organisation is interested in attending this event, then please respond to the questions on Atamis and register your interest in attending this webinar by 5:00pm on Thursday 27th June 2024 by following the instructions given below. MS Teams link for the event will be shared by email to relevant attendees on Friday 28th June 2024.<br/><br/>Please note the deadline for expressing an interest to be considered as the Most Suitable Provider is 5:00pm on 2nd July 2024. Lot 1: East Barnwell Health Centre is a GP practice mainly serving the Abbey ward of Cambridge, the most deprived ward in the city, with a list size of 7,975 patients. The provider will be expected to deliver the essential primary medical services along with delivery of the locally commissioned additional services. It is expected the provider will be an active member of the Primary Care Network.<br/><br/>Cambridgeshire and Peterborough ICB are seeking to select a provider which is willing deliver the essential and local primary medical services while also working with the ICB and partners to pilot, evolve and implement a digitally led, innovative new model of care for general practice.<br/><br/>The ICB are looking to commission a 7 year contract (Contract value £7,764,179.12) with the option to extend for a further 3 years (Contract Value: £3,327,505.34). The lifetime contract value is estimated to be £11,091,684.46.
