Tender description

The Scottish Government wishes to engage a legal firm to support the appointed chairperson to the Independent Clinical Review, to progress with the clinical review process Lot 1: The Service Provider will support the Chairperson as required. The key outputs will be to: -Provide legal advice as and when needed, to support the Chair in progressing the clinical review process. -Support engagement with former patients where necessary
