Tender description

UK Power Networks provides power to approximately a quarter of the UK's population via its three regulated electricity distribution networks, which are owned by London Power Networks plc, Eastern Power Networks plc and South Eastern Power Networks plc. We are seeking an experienced provider to work with us to deliver a senior management apprenticeship programme for our experienced leaders. This is part of our leadership development offering, as well as providing coherent development progression. Lot 1: Like most utilities our management population tends to be made up of people that have progressed their career within the organisation. Following on the successful implementation of a level 3 and level 5 chartered management apprenticeship, we are looking for a higher level for senior leaders and those who have already completed level 5 or has equivalent experience. We see this as an opportunity to provide high quality leadership training, tailored to suit our business, delivered against a recognised standard, which maximises the apprenticeship levy. To do this, we recognise that having an experienced partner to help us deliver this would be highly advantageous.
