Tender description
Four (4) 6-axis robot educational cells with a minimum payload of the robotic arm of 3kg are required. The cell must contain all safety guards/sensors to allow for safe operation of the robotic arm. The cell should be able to perform but not limited to standard robotic task such as pick and place and basic assembly operations. The cell must also contain a vision system to allow for robot coordinate adjustments and to be able to detect pass and failed components. Programming of the cell should be complete by the use of a touch screen teach pendant and by offline/online simulation software programming. Lot 278883: Industry Training Facility Ballaghaderreen Industry Training Facility Ballaghaderreen Conversion/Refurbishment of two story Industrial Unit to facilitate Mechanical and Electrical Training. Removal of Ground Floor roller shutter door and replace with walls. Install new classroom to Ground floor and 1st floor. New kitchenette. Upgrade toilet.
