ICT SERVICES FOR SLOPE INSTABILITY REPAIRS AT CRANNY FALLS

Tender description

The Client invites tenders to provide the service for an ICT in relation to slope instability repairs at Cranny Falls for RIBA stages 3-6. The project is for the provision of an Integrated Consultancy Team (ICT) who must work with the Capital Works Manager, Capital Works Team or his designate to ensure all duties required under this appointment are being carried out to the satisfaction of the Employer. The project shall include: - the stabilisation, or reinstallation of handrail posts over approximately 70% of the route o If soil conditions re too poor for replacement or repair, post is to be concreted to the ground or otherwise fixed under recommendation of suitably experienced geotechnical engineer. - Replacement of missing parapet slats at the 2nd bridge - Replacement of deteriorated wooden retaining wall. - Address the slop instability along the route through the use of various engineering methods such has but not limited to: o Tree felling and removal o Rock Anchoring o Geotextiles o terracing
