Tender description

Kildare County Council, are seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of consultancy services (Building Services) for various projects over a four (4) year period. This is an open competition. The establishment of the framework will be based on an initial competition for Consultancy (Building Services) for a Design and Build project of 28 social housing units at Craddockstown, Naas, Co Kildare. The competition is based on two stage assessment. Stage 1 will consist of the assessment of Suitability Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) responses from tenderers. Stage 2 will consist of assessment of the Quality and Price submission to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tender.(MEAT) Valid tenders will be ranked on MEAT criteria and the top 6 tenderers will become participants to the Framework. The highest ranked tenderer will be awarded the initial contract for the Craddockstown, Naas project.
