Establishment of Multi Operator Framework Agreement for the Provision of Integrated Project Management and Quantity Surveying Led Consultancy Services

Tender description

University College Dublin (UCD) requires the services of experienced and qualified professionals who can offer Integrated Project Management and Quantity Surveying (PMQS) services. These services will be required for a range of activities related to the maintenance, refurbishment, development, and enhancement of the University Estate. Tenderers must have the ability to; act as or provide the service of Project Management; act as or provide the service of Quantity Surveying / Cost Consultancy; and act as or provide the service of the Employer’s Representative. Tenderers must possess the capability to fulfil the above services either individually or collectively subject to the specific requirements of the Contracting Authority on individual projects.
