Tender description

Bidders are invited to submit their tender for the appointment of service providers to a Dynamic Purchasing system (DPS) agreement for the provision of coaching services.Trivallis requires that the service provider/coach, undertake coaching to a Trivallis staff on a one-to-one basis.The need, as and when required, will be determined by each colleague but not exceed five sessions unless agreed with the Trivallis Executive Director of People.Trivallis cannot guarantee the procurement of services for all coaches tendering for this provision as demand will focus on the needs of each Head of Service in order to match their individual coaching requirements.Trivallis seeks the service of individual coaches and therefore companies of two or more coaches need not apply.Trivallis also requires that the coaching provision be directly undertaken by those applying and therefore is not provided by a third-party coach. Experience and or knowledge of the Wales Housing Sector would be advantageous.Individual coaches assigned to the DPS must hold a relevant qualification to a minimum of level 5 coaching. This qualification needs to be awarded by a recognised professional body. This is a pass / fail element of qualification/award to the DPS. Failure to be a level 5 qualified coach will result in a failure of the DPS qualification requirement.Trivallis requires bidders to complete pricing schedules for the tender bid. Please note that the prices submitted for this tender bid will serve as a ceiling schedule, meaning that any commercial prices submitted for future calls for competition cannot exceed the pricing schedule.This Dynamic Purchasing system will be in place for a period of four years, with an option to extend for further one year.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
