Tender description

The purpose of this contract to provide a person-centred flexible service that will enable and support anyone who wishes to pursue and resolve a complaint about healthcare commissioned or provided by the NHS in England which falls within the prescribed complaints process. It will also support people with a grievance related to any aspect of healthcare that falls under the jurisdiction of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (“The Ombudsman”). Advocacy service covers all aspects of the NHS including hospitals, dental, opticians, GPs and work undertaken in private settings funded by the NHS Keywords: advocacy, NHS complaints, complaints, Ombudsman, person centred support
