State of care detailed case studies

Tender description

This is a Contract Award Notice. CQC require detailed case studies tracking people's experience along the duration of their care journey. This will provide an in-depth exploration of their experience as well as any challenges people encounter as they move through the health and social care system. We want this to describe people's experience within the different providers they are treated by, and also the transition points during which they move between providers. Importantly we need this to also describe the impact of the quality of care on their lives. This procurement was undertaken following the Single tender action (below threshold) process. The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 3 months with an option to extend for up to 1 month. Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including any optional contract extensions.
