Sport and Recreation Contract Jubilee Field, Staplehurst

Tender description

Staplehurst Parish Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor to manage a 3G pitch, recreation ground and pavilion at Jubilee Field, Staplehurst. The contract is anticipated to commence spring May 2025 and will continue for a period of 15 years. Expressions of Interest will only be accepted via the Contract Finder Portal. Note that in order to successfully submit your interest you will first need to register for an account. After registration is complete and you've received your login details you should return to the advert for the opportunity and express your interest. You will then receive an email giving you a link to the Invitation to Express an Interest documentation. The completed Expression of Interest form is to be submitted electronically to clerk@staplehurst-pc.uk by no later than 5pm, 12th July 2024. Additional information: The 3G pitch project at Jubilee Field, Staplehurst is currently awaiting planning permission, We are seeking expressions of interest at this stage to stay on track with the overall project plan.
