This public procurement competition will be divided into 3 lots (each a “Lot”) as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate contract and relates to the planned and contingency maintenance of all HVAC Equipment as listed in Appendix 1B HVAC Asset Register in UCC designated buildings. • Lot 1. Main Eastern Campus. • Lot 2. Main Western Campus excluding the Bioscience Building. • Lot 3. Outlying buildings including the Biosciences Building.
