Tender description

Works include the following: - Carefully remove and dispose existing slate tiled roof covering to R17 and R20, including timber battens and set reusable slates and ridge tiles aside for re-use. Remove and dispose of existing iron rainwater goods and fascia boards to R17 and R20. Carefully remove and clean existing lead work/flashings and coping stones, to be set aside for re-use. Install new breathable roofing membrane and timber battens across existing roof structure. Supply and install new Iron rainwater goods and timber fascia Boards. Recover R17 and R20 with new slate tiled roof covering and re-bed ridge tiles. Re -bed and re-lay coping stones.
