Tender description

Refurbishment and alterations to former hotel Plas Antaron, now used by charity HAHAV as a day centre and headquarters for their activities. The construction works will include: installation of a platform lift, alterations and re-covering of existing pitched and flat roofs, external wall insulation, structural alterations to create new internal openings, refurbishment of toilets, alterations to plumbing and electrical services, interior joinery, decorations and floor coverings.This package forms the first of 3 planned phases of construction to be completed over the coming years.
