North Lanarkshire Council wishes to establish a Measured Term Contract for the provision of electric heating replacement of domestic properties within North Lanarkshire, 2024-2026 throughout the geographical area of North Lanarkshire Council. Lot 1: Throughout the geographical boundaries of the North Lanarkshire Council area there are properties that have heating systems that are beyond repair and require upgraded. The Council requires the services of a suitably qualified contractor to remove and install new electric heating systems. The contractor will be required to be experienced installers of the heating system and the Council will be looking for the contractor to use this experience and knowledge to make sure the heating systems, materials and techniques used will the most up to date and will allow futureproofing to avoid issues with supply in the future. - The works comprise the removal (including disposal) and replacement of electric heating systems to various types of domestic properties. All works will be carried out within the boundaries of North Lanarkshire and mainly within occupied properties.. Bidders should read and refer to the ITT. Failure to comply with the instructions contained within the ITT may result in a Bidder's submission being rejected. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
