Mossacre St Vincents Housing Group Materials Supply

Tender description

Cirrus Purchasing Ltd has been instructed by Mossacre St Vincents Housing Group (MSV) to aid with the tender process. MSV intends to engage with a single materials supplier for the provision of a wide range of building materials from an existing supplier branch (or branches) to support MSV's internal maintenance team, Property Care and other parts of the group as required. The supplier will support materials requirements for responsive repairs and maintenance services, electrical services, gas repairs and installations including boiler replacements and installations , ground works and voids work. While the main area of operation is predominantly Greater Manchester there is potential for this to widen over the duration of the contract. The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one supplier. The contract will be for an initial 3 years with 1 option to extend by a further 24 months, up to a maximum 5 years total contract term (3+2), subject to MSV requirements and the performance of the successful supplier. The anticipated commencement date is estimated to be late November 2024. Full details of the service provision required can be found within the tender documentation.
