Loreto Grammar School for Girls are seeking a contractor to supply cleaning services to their site at Altrincham, Cheshire Lot 1: Loreto Grammar School is a Girls’ Grammar School with circa 1050 students from age 11 to 18 years. The School are seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services at their site at Dunham Rd, Altrincham Cheshire WA14 4AH. Cleaning of a regular and routine nature is required, together with more specific periodical cleaning outside of the term-time operation. The contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years, commencing from 1st April 2025 with the option to extend this for up to a further 2 years. This option will be measured against achievement of agreed Key Performance Indicators from day one of the contract.
