The Council require a suitable experienced and qualified contractor to assist with the installation of 79 replacement street lighting columns on the Employer’s Road network. Lot 1: The Council require a suitable experienced and qualified contractor to assist with the installation of 79 replacement street lighting columns on the Employer’s Road network. The Contract duration is 13 Weeks, The Contract award is anticipated to be made on 01 May 2024 with an anticipated starting date of 08 May 2024. The terms and conditions of contract will be the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Short Contract April 2013 with Z Clauses.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts(Scotland)Regulations2015.
