Tender description
NOTE: This notice was updated on 03 July 2024 for the following reason: The deadline date has been extended to 17th July 2024 at 12pm NOON(As part of the recommissioning process for the restorative justice service, MOPAC conducted multiple stakeholder engagement sessions with a range of statutory partners, non-statutory partners, and restorative justice delivery providers. Through this engagement, multiple challenges, barriers, and limitations to restorative justice in London were raised by stakeholders. Together with the wider sector, MOPAC recognises that these challenges require widespread buy in and collaborative working to bring change. Therefore, MOPAC intends to commission a steering group to bring together key statutory partners and relevant parties to work together to improve the overall landscape of restorative justice in London as a whole. There are two optional extension periods each of one year (2+1+1), available at MOPAC's discretion. The initial term duration is 19 August 2024 to 18 August 2026, and the two extension periods are; 19 August 2026 to 18 August 2027 and then 19 August 2027 to 18 August 2028. The total potential value is £160k, with the initial term valued at an estimated £80k, and each of the extension periods valued at an estimated £40k each.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
