The Office was incepted in 2015 and an original website was created in 2017. No further development work has occurred since this time. The website has now outgrown its original purpose of awareness raising. With web visits exceeding 30,000 visitors a month, the website therefore needs to be updated to reflect The Office’s new strategy and direction and ensure it is brought into 2024 and is fully accessible and easy to manage as a team.We are seeking to appoint a supplier to deliver the following:a) Co-design a refreshed version of www.futuregenerations.wales, ensuring the requirements of this tender are addressed in full.b) Provide hosting services.c) Train and support staff on maintenance technical support.Tenders should be aware that this project is part of our wider communications strategy which has multiple functions in promoting the delivery of the Act in line with the Cymru Can strategy.
