Feasibility and design services relating to the relocation of the Banksy Mural Artwork to Hull Trinity Market, Lot 6 Mini-competition

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisation through the Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework (herein referred to as the ERPS Framework) Lot 6 Heritage and Conservation Services to provide a detailed feasibility study, structural analysis and structural designs to assist in the proposed relocation of a Banksy Mural Artwork into Trinity Market, Hull, The contract is anticipated to commence 8th May 2024 ending by August 2024 . The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be below £20000 overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. Incomplete bids will be eliminated from further process.
