**IMPORTANT** Interested parties should send their proposals to / request further information from Rob Green - Head of Enterprise Zones at rob.green@blackpool.gov.uk Interested parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest as a prospective development partner with Blackpool Council to deliver a series of properties aimed at the employment sectors at the Eastern Gateway of the Blackpool Airport Enterprise Zone. Blackpool Council wishes to enter into exploratory dialogue and scoping discussions with organisations that have the capability and experience of working in such partnerships. This will enable the Council to define its specific requirements, understand delivery models, market capability and assess the level of interest should it enter into a formal procurement exercise or commercial partnership.
