The Ely and Caerau Childrens Centre (ECCC) is Cardiff’s only Integrated Children’s Centre which has been open and operational since June 2005. The ECCC was built with the aim to improve health, education and the emotional development of young children and families through an integrated approach. The Centre provides high quality education and care through a daycare provision, nursery education and meithrin provision, community work and out of school childcare.The Centre also houses offices for the Community Engagement team, meeting rooms and training rooms. Training rooms are used daily as hired space and the upstairs offices are home to around 60 hybrid workers.
