Hawkhurst Community Hospital provides a 22-bed inpatient ward for patients requiring (pathway 2) short term rehabilitation and recovery. Patients are routinely admitted from either from an acute hospital or from the community. The current service provision delivers a streamlined clinical pathway from Community Hospital to post discharge / home for local residents Lot 1: Provision of Medical Bed Cover to Hawkhurst Community Hospital Contract to be awarded to existing supplier under PSR Direct Award C process. 1 year contract plus 2 x 6 month extension. 1 year contract value £79,163.39 1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025
