A market engagement exercise to promote and engage with the market on our forthcoming tender opportunity relating to trades subcontractors. Lot 1: This Prior Information Notice is on behalf of trade related services for Wheatley Homes East (WHE) WHS are looking to procure contracts for the following trades: -Asbestos -Builder work (Minor Works) -Void Property Clearance and Cleaning -Drainage -Fencing & Grounds Maintenance (Minor Works) -Flooring -Glazing -Joinery -Painting & Decorating -Plastering -Roofing & Scaffolding -Heating & Renewables -Electrical (including Door Entry Systems) -Tarmac & Surface Repair -Plumbing -Gas Repairs – Domestic -Gas Repairs – Communal -Specialised Doors and Window Repairs (e.g., hinges mechanism; misaligned placement) -Needle sweep and Bio-cleans.
