The Provision for Servicing and Maintenance of Domestic Lifts

Tender description

1. The opportunity is to deliver Servicing and maintenance to domestic lifts situated in our properties. Moat is seeking to enter into a long-term partnering agreement with a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to deliver high quality, customer-focused and cost-effective services. Service delivery is anticipated to commence on 14 October 2024 for an initial period of 2 years to 14 October 2026. Subject to satisfactory performance, Moat will have the option to extend for additional periods of up to three further years, unless the Contract ends or is terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
