TERCONF202404 – Floor Coverings Term Contract for SETU

Tender description

South East Technological University (Waterford, Kilkenny and Carlow Campuses) are seeking tenders from suitable Contractors for the ‘Floor Covering Works Term Contract’. The successful Contractor will be appointed as the Term Contractor for floor covering works and projects which individually are not envisaged to be greater in value than €15,000.00 ex. VAT. The term contract works will be ad-hoc / maintenance / refurbishment type projects. They will also include emergency type projects and require a response time of 1 hour. The extent and scope of works will fulfil the requirements of the SETU as they arise throughout the term of the contract and will be agreed on an ongoing basis and executed subject to the issue of the relevant appointment documentation.
