Tender description
The candidate is requested to submit a fee proposal for the services of a Registered Architect to survey the condition of existing windows and doors in Baldoyle Training Centre, develop a suitable phasing strategy for the replacement of windows as required, produce survey drawings (in DWG format) and detailed specification (including details on ironmongery and actuators), and to oversee the procurement and installation of the replacement windows by a suitable contractor/ window supplier
