Tender description
The services required comprise the supply of an Endpoint Detection and Response Solution, including all subscriptions/licences, support and maintenance, professional technical services and training services relating to the solution. While and EDR solution is the primary and initial requirement of this RFT, over the course of this contract, the Department would like to actively work with the winning tenderer to continuously improve the Department's security posture by considering the implementation of XDR and/or MDR services to help protect the Department against cyber threats, powered by actionable threat intelligence on a 24/7/365 basis.
