Tender description

Bridgend County Borough Council are awarding to appoint a consultant that will investigate the possibility of Porthcawl Town Council (PTC) developing a new community building that is central to and an integral part of the Porthcawl Regeneration Process. There is proposed part of the current regeneration programme that is set aside for community and NHS / Public Health use, this study should look to maximise that opportunity.
