PRELIMINARY MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE FOR A TIME MANAGEMENT SOLUTION Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wish to gain an understanding of the latest developments in Time Management solutions to inform the Council’s specification going forward. Any information gathered will NOT be considered in any future tender evaluation exercise. Participation or non-participation in this pre-procurement market engagement shall not prevent any supplier/provided participating in a potential procurement process nor is it intended that any information supplied shall place any supplier/provider at an advantage in any forthcoming procurement process. For avoidance of doubt, this stage of the project is not part of a formal procurement process, and the Council is not committing at this stage to carrying out such a process. All Questionnaires are to be returned via the eSourcingNI portal by 12.00 noon on Friday, 28 June 2024.
