ITEP0700 - TSES Maintenance and Support

Tender description

During RIS 1 the company developed and delivered a new Technical Standards Enterprise System (TSES) - a digital hub for preparation, governance, storage, and dissemination of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB) that sets out the design standards for the UK SRN. In RIS2 the company continues to develop TSES for the purpose of updating and refreshing the UK highway construction specification in the Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Work (MCHW) and ensure that the DMRB continues to be modernised. To complete this work in the most efficient way within the RIS period, and to build a digitised MCHW, TSES needs to be fully serviceable and for that reason we need a service and maintenance contract in place for the duration of the RIS period and beyond. TSES is a NH owned system hosted in our azure landing zone.
