Tender description
Procurement of a design team to develop exceptional, innovative, and transformative improvements for Hoxton Street and it's east-west routes through public realm, greening, play and placemaking interventions. The appointed design team will work with local residents, businesses and stakeholder organisations to co-design interventions that respond to challenges and opportunities in the area. The design team will produce a comprehensive RIBA Stage 2 report for the public realm, providing concept design options for Hoxton Street and/or the routes identified as priorities through the co-design process.
