Overview: • To provide a new bowls club building which will be fit for purpose • To provide a new activity/scout hut building which will be fit for purpose • To provide a new changing room building. Please see attached Specification of works for more detailed information of the project. All tenders must be posted to The Clerk, 33 Lakeland Close, Little Plumstead, NR13 5FF, and clearly marked TENDER. Please send 5 copies of your submission. All submissions must be received before the submission deadline.
