This VEAT is covering the supply & delivery of Rebated fuel across depots & outstations for Northern Trains located in the North West as outlined below; Allerton Depot, Knavesmire Way, Garston, L19 5PL Barrow (Outstation), Off Elizabethan Way, Barrow-in-Furness, LA14 5SG Blackburn (Outstation), Off Brunswick Street, Blackburn, BB2 1RF Blackpool (Outstation), Wall Street, Blackpool, FY1 2EH Newton Heath Depot Dean Lane, Manchester, M40 3AB Sheffield (Outstation), Suffolk Road, Sheffield, S2 4BX Wigan Springs Branch (Outstation), Morris Street, Wigan, WN3 4NH Lot 1: This award is to cover the supply & delivery of Rebated fuel (marked and dyed in accordance with HMRC regulations) that complies with or betters the requirements set out in EN590, with a FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester) of no higher than 7%, across depots & outstations for Northern Trains located in the North West.
