Tender description

LUPC is looking to place a supplier framework agreement for the provision of an eTendering platform, compliant with PCR 2015 and that will be compliant and compatible with the Procurement Act 2023. To be considered for this opportunity, bidders must be registered officially as eSenders with the Cabinet Office and the systems must deliver all 5 below core procurement electronic functionalities, without the customer needing to engage, transact, contract nor carry out implementation work with a 3rd party supplier / provider: 1) eTendering (including the publication of Electronic Notices) 2) Electronic tender evaluation 3) Electronic Contact management 4) Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) 5) Electronic Auctions (eAuctions) The ITT documentation and instructions on how to electronically submit a bid can be requested from the following email address: its5081.lu@lupc.ac.uk The framework agreement will have a duration of two years and 2 additional possible extensions of up to 12 months each.
