Dublin City Council Multi Party Framework Agreement for Event Marketing and Design Services

Dublin City Council seeks to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Event Marketing and Design Services The Framework Agreement will be established with a maximum of three (3) economic operators. Thereafter contracts will be awarded in accordance with the rules contained within the RFT document. An Initial Contract, for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend on an annual basis up to a maximum of four (4) years, will be awarded to the highest-ranking Framework Member on foot of this tender competition. The initial contract will be utilised by Dublin City Council’s Events and Filming Unit to support and facilitate an annual programme of public events that deliver social, cultural and economic benefits to the City. Dublin City Council’s Events and Filming Section wishes to engage the services of an established events marketing and design company to act in a consultancy and creative role for Dublin City Council for its own events and dealing with external event organisers and stakeholders to ensure Dublin City Council is appropriately recognised for its financial and in kind support in terms of branding and marketing of selected events.
