Tender description
The works will be coordinated by a design team, acting as representatives for the Local Authority. The intent is that the lead consultant/Project Manager on each project will be a Building M and E Services Engineer and be familiar with energy efficient design and have experience in delivering projects of a similar scale and complexity. Throughout the project (design through to the install/final handover), the team’s BER Assessor will play a pivotal role. The Consultant will be required to buy in all/any additional services considered necessary such as Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical, BER Assessor, PSDP and QS, if not available in-house in order to deliver the projects.
