BHCC - RS - Temporary and Emergency Accommodation Management Service

Brighton and Hove City Council are seeking to consult on a potential contract to deliver property management services to it's portfolio of Block booked Temporary and Emergency accommodation. We currently envisage placing a contract wherein the service provider carries out placement support, access management, regular welfare checks and void property turnaround. We are seeking responses to this PIN from potential providers to invite them to join our further consultation on the specification and capacity in the market to deliver the pilot. Lot 1: The council intends to place contract/s through a light touch procedure to deliver this service as a pilot for 18 months with a view to procure the services for longer periods dependant on the performance of the pilot.
