This competition relates to the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for the provision of SaaS Library Content Management System with one Economic Operator. Thereafter that Economic Operator being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework.The aim of the SaaS Library Content Management System (LCMS) to streamline and enhance its multi-campus library operations. This system will support various functionalities, including staff management, public communication, event management, and content creation, to improve overall efficiency and service quality.
