A Flexible Procurement Agreement (FPA) is in place to cover the purchase of the following placement services for Children and Young People, by Newcastle City Council and Schools with registered pupils who are resident in Newcastle: 1. Alternative Provision (primary age) 2. Alternative Provision (secondary age and Post 16) 3. Specialist Tuition (face to face) 4.
