Irish Rail are seeking a Contractor with the following core attributes. Has comprehensive experience in delivering multi-disciplinary rail engineering services to a range of clients across a diverse range of projects and who has competent design, installation and testing teams in place to deliver consistently to the client’s requirements. Has demonstrable competence in the delivery of systems lead projects with a focus on system integration across the signaling, telecommunications, and electrification disciplines. Is highly collaborative with a proven track record of project delivery in a live operational railway, in line with program and budget. Has competence in delivering earlier phase work such as option selection, design, feasibility studies and development of requirements. Has a proven record in stakeholder management including engagement with regulatory bodies such as the Commission for Railway Regulation (CRR), European Railway Agency (ERA) local authorities, Environmental Protection Agency
