Tender description

The Authority is seeking tenders from experienced and competent contractors to undertake the removal and installation of a shop front at 77 Ferensway and the associated enabling works required. The proposed works are as follows: 1. Careful removal of existing shop front and clear from site. Including removal of all fixtures / fittings to existing shop front. 2. Removal of the existing sunshade 3. Disconnect and remove the existing roller shut door set and clear from site. 4. Remove the existing signage/sign boards and clear from site. 5. Removal of existing floor finish and clear from site. 6. Installation of new shop front 7. Installation of new roller shutter 8. Electrical supply to roller shutter The successful contractor will undertake the works, as further detailed in the Scope document.
