Tender description
The following information is mainly aimed at Care Homes in the borough of Cheshire West and Chester Council however, Extra Care Housing Providers may wish to respond. The Council has the opportunity to access Grant monies which would be used to co-produce specialist Dementia beds across the borough offering both short and long term support for those living with and those supporting and caring for those with Dementia. We have put together the attached questionnaire to gather feedback from the market on who would be interested in this piece of work and how these specialist provision could be shaped.
