Tender description
For quantity surveying/cost advisor services to provide budget cost information (NRM1) for a feasibility study and for the subsequent conceptual design to RIBA 2. Subject to the findings of the study, progression into RIBA stages 3 & 4 to facilitate the procurement of a build contractor. The feasibility study is intended to investigate the options for the refurbishment, renovation and/or demolition & subsequent rebuild of the properties to provide both short term accommodation for the project/construction team and future purpose-built key worker living accommodation. Each option should by fully costed and identify the risks, opportunities, challenges, and benefits relative to each option.
