Tender description
For architectural design services to prepare and provide an initial feasibility study and the conceptual design to RIBA 2. Subject to the findings of the study and a satisfactory design, progression into RIBA stages 3 & 4 to facilitate the procurement of a build contractor. The feasibility study is intended to investigate the options for the refurbishment, renovation and/or demolition & subsequent rebuild of the properties to provide both short term accommodation for the project/construction team and future purpose-built key worker living accommodation.
